CS Ultimate is a heavy duty cavity sliding door system designed for higher, wider, thicker and heavier doors. We customise the timber frame jambs to suit the thickness door you specify (from 10mm glass to 68mm thick timber door leaf). Should your door ever bow, the cavity jambs may be removed and scribed to suit the bow in the door.

Heavier duty carriages are standard on these units, increasing the maximum door weight up to 240kg per wheel set. A number of detail options are available for customising this unit, as well as optional 30 x 10mm steel bar insets for the track to aid in making the track self supporting when well-fixed either end point (applicable when the door width does not exceed 1200mm).

An aluminium jamb option is also available and this suits a minimum thickness door leaf of 65mm. The wall and lining configuration for this unit is 120 stud plus 13mm linings.
