 | What size studwork do I need for your frames? |
 | Single units require 90mm framework. Double Overtaking units require 140mm framework. Triple Overtaking units require 190mm framework. Ultimate units require 120mm framework.

 | What are your units made from? |
 | Our cavity frames are manufactured from high quality extruded aluminum.

 | What door thicknesses suit your systems? |
 | We recommend 35-38mm thick doors for most of our systems. Multiple Overtaking units are best used with 38mm thick doors. If your door is 40mm plus in thickness just ask for our Ultimate cavity slider system which can accomodate doors up to 68mm thick!

 | Do you make your cavity sliders for standard door sizes only or can I have a special made? |
 | All of our systems are made to measure, whether they are for a standard door size e.g. 2040 x 820mm or a non- standard door they go through the same manufacturing process.

 | What is the maximum door size that your systems can accommodate? |
 | Single units can be made for a door sizes up to and including 4500mm high x 3500mm wide.

 | What is the maximum weight your carriages and track can take? |
 | A pair of single carriages will take 120kg. If your door happens to be heavier we have heavy-duty carriages available or if your entire door is made up of more than one panel each panel will need a pair carriages.

 | Is there a guide on the floor for the door? |
 | There are no visible floor guides on all CS Cavity Sliders systems allowing the floor coverings to run continuously through the opening. Most doors will need to be grooved for the t-guide that sits inside the base of the cavity frame.

 | Do you have a distributor in my capital city? |
 | We manufacture all of our cavity systems at our factory in Brookvale, Sydney, NSW. We then ship all over Australia from there. Delivery is usually overnight once the cavity frames have been made.
