Trio - City Quarter Precinct

Trio is a three building apartment development that completes the final stage of the city quarter precinct for Frasers Property Australia. Designed for the ultra modern lifestyle, this development makes a bold statment in urban architecture just 3.5km from the Sydney CBD. Trio won multiple awards and accolades in 2009, 2010 and 2011.

CS worked with the architect on site to design multiple door types for this project. CS provided oversized CS Timberformed cavity sliders incorporating extra thick jambs and including ShadowLine and NoClosingJamb details.
