Lumiere Residences is located in Sydney’s mid-city precinct. Lumiere encompasses world class city living with two levels of retail, commercial offices and the luxurious Fraser Suites Sydney apartment hotel. This building is a boldly innovative $600 million vertical village and contains CS Group door solutions throughout.
CS Group worked with the builder to provide solutions for ShadowLine details around the doors, which are rebated into the CS jambs. We supplied oversized TimberFormed units with extra wide jambs incorporating 10mm ShadowLine detail and NoClosingJamb detail. The CS Styrocore doors have CaviLock CL100 door hardware factory fitted.
