The CL100 Mortice Lock is a versatile mortice that has many different internal hardware options. The internal components have been built to resist corrosion making it suitable for use in commercial, architectural and residential applications.

By changing the internal components during manufacture the CL100 can be configured to work in over 1000 ways! It is manufactured to accept square spindles (single or split) of 7.62mm (0.3") and will accept standard and security Euro Profile type cylinders with either a 3, 5 or 6 pin configuration.

Euro profile cylinders can be specified to be either KA (Keyed Alike) or KD (Keyed to Differ). Please note that this specification must be done at time of order.

As you can see from the table below the range of external hardware that can be fitted to this mortice is quite extensive. Please contact us for any special finishes or details that you may require for your handle hardware. Remember we also have a custom machine shop for one off or specialised runs of hardware.

CL100 LaviLock The Lavilock is a code compliant commercial-grade lock designed for disabled toilets.  This handle has the added benefits of "VACANT' and 'IN USE' indication beside the slide locking bolt. These locks are also handed, meaning that setting up exit free (not requiring unlocking from inside) is a breeze! The exit free application means that with a single pull on the handle on the inside, the door will automatically unlatch and start to open in the case of an emergency. Important:  With todays wheelchair access requirements, manufacturing a door leaf of 1000mm is more suited to provide easy access. A door leaf of 1000 mm wide in our EasyOpen unit with the off set lever handle for wheelchair access will achieve compliance with AS 14 28 - please note this at the time of specification or ordering. Finishes available: SCP (Satin Chrome Plate) or PB (Polished Brass).
CL100 Flushturn This neat circular Flushturn is a high quality brass component that matches other circular hardware currently available for hinged doors but is specifically designed for sliding doors. Because of its shallow fitting depth and positive feel to the turn this is a popular side handle for both latching and non latching applications. When combined with the CL100 mortice lock and euro profile cylinder it makes for a great looking security option. Finishes available: SCP or PB.
CL100 Louise The Louise range of door hardware is specifically designed to work with the CL100 Mortice Lock. You can have style and elegance with a practical lock! The 190mm long Face plates of the Louise can be the same on each side of the door or different  depending on the configuration required. The Louise can be set up to suit a latching only option, security with key access or for privacy (such as a bathroom), there are many options available. Finishes available SCP or PB.
CL100 Digital By taking our standard CL100 Mortice and adding the funtionality of a digital lock we can offer customers high security that is upgradable (by changing pin numbers) and dependable. This lock can be set to "slam lock" which means everytime the door is closed it is locked and requires pin code access to open.  There is an added function of dual security - this lock can be supplied with pin code + key access, meaning you need both access passes to get in! Finishes available: SCP or PB.
CL100 Lever/Lever This is the most common commercial side handle fitted to the CL100 Mortice lock. It is robust and strong and has a commercial look that matches other commercial handles and locks in most applications.  Finishes available SCP or PB.
